I did not realize that an 08 was used to transfer loaded and empties between Morrison Busty Collierys Kyo yard and the sidings at West Kyo I just assumed this whole transfer process was carried by the a main line loco which back then would have been Class 37s
At a guess, and it’s only that, the passenger train from which the third photo was taken may have been one of the specials run to mark S&D 150 during the summer of 1975.
