The 9Fs, some of which were little over 10 years old were withdrawn from 1965 onwards with the final 9F hauled train, named the ‘Tyne Docker’ running to Consett on 19 November 1966 behind a specially cleaned and adorned 92063. South Pelaw at Newcastle 2024
Last weekend, 9/10 November, South Pelaw attended the Newcastle show. Here is a short video of a few trains on the layout with, at the end, a bonus clip of Bob Jones’ magnificent 2mm fine scale rendition of Fencehouses.
