A number of passenger rail tours ran to Consett over the years and here are a photos of a couple of them:

The instruments,The electricians.
The foundry moulders.
The caster pourers,the crane drivers, lifting the metal.
The union men,the membership,the fellowship
The proudness,of being part of this great machine.
The holidays,our children,the meaning of belonging,the conditions,the safety,all part of our massive community
