Track Lifting

From Craig Oliphant two new photos of 31299 with track panels lifted from the Washington branch. The photos are undated but, based on other evidence, they are likely late 1983.

31299 at the site of Stella Gill sidings with a train of track panels from the branch to Washington. The buffer stop is at the end of what was Stella Gill Incoming 3 line which was truncated in the late 1960s and, by the time this photo was taken, had been lifted completely.
