I’ve added a page covering Ouston Junction where the line to South Pelaw diverged from the East Coast Mainline.
The local collieries were an important source of traffic for the line so I’ve started a new section covering the collieries with a few pictures of a still standing air shaft at Eden Colliery just outside Leadgate.

Added a photo from my own collection of a Q7 at Pelton Station with a train of iron ore empties to the Pelton page and another of 92064 near Pelton with a loaded ore train for Consett.
Another update to the Beamish page with three pictures of items that are still on site to this day – another Pitfall Post and two sets of pulleys for the signal wires.
